Lorca's "Play without a Title"

லோர்க்கா ஒரு ஸ்பானிஷ் கவிஞன், நாடகாசிரியர், இயக்குனர்.  கவனம் பெறாத ஓவியன்.

மிக பிரபலமான ஓவியன் சால்வடார் டாலியின் நெருக்கமான பரிச்சயம் பெற்ற லோர்க்கா.

லோர்க்கா எழுதிய பரிட்சார்த்த நாடகம்
“ தலைப்பில்லாத நாடகம்” நாடகத்தின் தலைப்பே “Play without title” நாடகத்தில் ஆடியன்ஸிலுள்ள ஸ்பெக்டேட்டர்ஸ் அதாவது பார்வையாளர்கள், வசனத்தை எடுத்துக்கொடுக்கிற ப்ராம்ப்டர் எல்லாம் கதாபாத்திரங்களாக வருவார்கள். ’நாடக மேடை’க்கும் ’அரங்கு’க்கும்இடையிலான பாரம்பரிய எல்லைக்கோட்டை லோர்க்கா இதில் அகற்றி விட்டார்!
லோர்க்கா இதை மூன்று அங்கங்கள் கொண்ட நாடகமாக எழுதத்திட்டமிட்டு இருந்தார். நாடகத்தின் தலைப்பு! –
“The dream of life” இதை முழுமையாக எழுதவில்லை. நாடகம் incomplete ஆக ஒரு அங்கம் தான் எழுத முடிந்தது. நாடகம் 1935 வாக்கில் எழுதப்பட்டதாக இருக்கவேண்டும். ஆனால் 1978ல் தான் அச்சு வடிவம் பெற்ற புத்தகமானது.

Lorca’s play is showing you a tiny corner of reality.Lorca is shouting the simplest truths that you do not wish to hear. The play analyses issues of class and idealogical division, of intolerence and hatred.
 நடிகர்கள் பார்வையாளர்களாக, பார்வையாளர்களோ நடிகர்களாக!

Why must we always go to theater to see what is happening and not what is happening to us. The spectator's mind is at ease because he knows that the play is not going to be focussing on him, but how beautiful it would be if they summoned him to the boards and made him to speak!

ஷேக்ஸ்பியரை தொடாமல் முடியுமா?
Play without title நாடகத்தில் ஷேக்ஸ்பியரின் ’மிட்சம்மர் நைட்’ஸ் ட்ரீம்’ பற்றி லோர்க்கா சொல்வது: ”இந்த மிட்சம்மர் நைட்’ஸ் ட்ரீம் நாடகம் மகிழ்ச்சி சம்பந்தப்பட்டதல்ல. இந்த நாடகத்தின் ஒவ்வொரு அம்சமும் சுட்டிக்காட்டுவது என்னவென்றால், காதலென்பது, எத்தகைய காதல் என்றாலும் ஒரு தற்செயல் நிகழ்வு, ஒரு விபத்து தான். அது நம்மை சார்ந்த விஷயமேயல்ல. The plot of the play is somber !
மக்கள் ஒதெல்லோ பார்க்கும்போது அழமுடிகிறது. ’டேமிங் ஆஃப் த ஷ்ரூ’ பார்த்து விட்டு சிரிக்க முடிகிறதெல்லாம் சரி. ஆனால் மிட்சம்மர் நைட்’ஸ் ட்ரீம் பார்க்கும்போதும் அந்த நாடகத்தின் தன்மை புரியாமல் சிரிப்பது அபத்தம்!”
ஸ்பானிய ஃப்ராங்கோவின் தேசீயவாத சக்திகளால் 1936ல் லோர்க்கா கைது செய்யப்பட்ட சில மணி நேரத்திலேயே சுட்டுக்கொல்லப்பட்டு விட்டார். அவர் உடல் கூட கண்டுபிடிக்கப்படவில்லை.
38 வயது தான் அப்போது.

Federico Garcia Lorca met the violent fate he had foreseen when he wrote: 
"Then I realized I had been murdered
They looked for me in cafes, cemetaries and churches
But they did not find me
They never found me?
No, they never found me!"


நம்முடைய மகாகவி பாரதியை விடவும் இளைய வயதில் மறைந்திருக்கிறார் லோர்க்கா.
குறைப்பட்ட நிலையில் ”வாழ்க்கையின் கனவு” நாடகம் இன்று
“ தலைப்பில்லாத நாடகம்” என்ற தலைப்பில் அறியப்படுகின்றது!

Perhaps life is Just that….a dream and a fear ...
ஓரு கனவு ... ஓரு பயம்...ஒருவேளை இது தான் வாழ்க்கையோ - ஜோசப் கான்ராட் தான் இப்படி கவலைப்பட்டான் ..

The Persistence of Memory is a 1931 painting by artist Salvador Dalí. A dream that Dalí himself had experienced, and the clocks may symbolize the passing of time as one experiences it in sleep or the persistence of time in the eyes of the dreamer. The orange clock at the bottom left of the painting is covered in ants.
