வானில் இரவில் நட்சத்திரங்கள். இருட்ட ஆரம்பித்தவுடன் ஒவ்வொன்றாய் தெரிய ஆரம்பிக்கின்றன.
லா .ச .ரா உரைநடையே கவிதை தான்.வாசனாதி திரவியங்களை எழுத்தில் கொண்டுவந்தவர்.
" புத்ர" நாவலில் :
" சூரிய சாக்ஷி ஓய்ந்த பின், இரவில் பூமி சகிக்கும் க்ரம அக்ரமங்களைக் கவனிக்க வான் அனந்தம் கண்கள் ஒவ்வொன்றாய்த் திறக்கின்றன."
பாரதி தாசனின் பிரபலமான புல்லரிக்க வைக்கும் கவிதை கீழே :
" மண் மீது உழைப்பார் எல்லாம் வறியராம்.
உரிமை கேட்டால் புண் மீது அம்பு பாய்ச்சும் புலையர் செல்வராம்.

சிறுகதையின் திருமூலர் 'மௌனி' தன்னுடைய பிரத்யேக பாணியில் நட்சத்திரங்கள் பற்றி கொள்ளும் அபிப்பராயம் : "யாரோ ஒருவன் தன்னுடைய உன்மத்த மிகுதியில் ஜ்வலிக்கும்,விலைகொள்ளா வைரங்களை கை நிறைய வாரி வாரி உயர வானத்தில் இறைத்தான் போலும். ஆயிரக்கணக்காக அவை அங்கேயே பதிந்து இன்னும் அவன் காரியத்தை நினைத்து மினுக்கி நகைக்கின்றன."
தி ஜானகிராமன் தன் 'மலர்மஞ்சம் ' நாவலில் பார்க்கும் நட்சத்திரங்கள் :
"இந்த ஆழ்ந்த மௌனம் தான்
அதன் திவ்யமான குரல்
வாரித்தெளித்துக்கிடக்கும் இந்த ஒளிகள் தான்
அதன் இளநகை."
'வழி ' சிறுகதையில் புதுமைப்பித்தன் :"வானம் அந்தியந்தமும் கவ்விய இருட்டு . உயர்ந்த இலட்சியங்களை அசட்டுத்தனமாக வாரி இறைத்தது போல கண்சிமிட்டும் நட்சத்திரங்கள்."
